How to request a refund
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version of this policy is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Write to us at hola@kouzee.com indicating the account email, the plan purchased and the date of the charge. We reply within the business days following the request.
De Diseño SpA sells the Kouzee subscription directly and issues the corresponding tax document. The charge is processed through Mercado Pago, which acts as the payment method.
Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. The crediting period depends on the card issuer or the payment method and may take several business days.
When the refund is issued, the subscription is terminated and access to the plan features ends.
Cancellation of the subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in Kouzee. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and no new charges will be made.
Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not in itself constitute a refund request. To request a refund, follow the procedure indicated above within the applicable period.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit or replace the rights that consumer protection legislation grants to those who purchase from Chile, including Ley 19.496 on the protection of consumer rights.
