De Diseño SpA is responsible for the processing of personal data in Kouzee for the purposes described in this Policy.
- This Policy is interpreted in accordance with Ley N° 19.628 on the protection of personal data and its amendment by Ley N° 21.719.
- During the regulatory transition, De Diseño SpA adopts progressive compliance measures and continuous improvement in data governance.
Data we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email, user identifiers and authentication data.
- Usage data: browsing, product events, actions taken and operational metrics.
- Technical data: IP, device, browser, operating system and error logs.
- User content: images, boards, prompts and AI generation results created on the platform.
- Commercial and billing data when you purchase paid plans, processed with the support of payment providers.
Purposes of the processing
- Operate the platform, maintain security, manage accounts and provide support.
- Audit operation, detect failures, prevent abuse and improve the user experience.
- Analyze interactions and AI generation results internally and in aggregate form in order to improve the app, its flows and its operational quality.
- Comply with applicable legal, contractual and regulatory obligations.
Sharing and disclosure of data
We do not sell users’ personal data to third parties. We only disclose data when it is necessary to operate the platform or in accordance with this Policy.
- Infrastructure, analytics, messaging and payment providers that act under confidentiality and security obligations.
- Competent authorities, where there is a valid legal requirement.
- Catalog brands: we may show them results generated with their products for the purposes of reviewing catalog use and improving the offering within Kouzee, without transferring identifiable personal data outside the purposes of the platform.
Brand communications in Kouzee
Brands may send communications about product updates or relevant news to users within the Kouzee ecosystem on the basis of legitimate interest and relevance controls.
- These communications do not entail the sale of databases to third parties.
- You may request removal from non-essential communications through the opt-out mechanisms available in emails or by contacting our privacy channel.
Retention and security of information
- We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill legitimate purposes of operation, support, security, legal compliance and defense against claims.
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
- When data ceases to be necessary, we apply deletion or anonymization policies as applicable.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and any other rights recognized by the applicable regulations, by submitting a request to the contact channel.
